This Is The Ticket To Replace Your Current Key FOBPerfect. I kept the electronics and swapped them for my current ones. My purpose was just to replace the button pad that has the writing worn off. No complaints. Delivered as advertised. 5Works goodGreat replacement 5Easy to use, worked first timeI recently purchased this product from SoundGreatUSA Online. The package arrived quickly, it had two inserts for the remote. One with a lock and unlock on separate buttons and one with them together on one button. The instructions were printed on the back of the Clifford insert card and worked perfectly. I was able to find identical instructions after a good amount of digging on the Clifford website. This remote was used with the Intelliguard 6000 system. It took only one try to get it right.I had previously purchased this same product on Amazon from a different supplier several years ago, and could never get it to link up to the alarm system. My recollection is that those instructions were different and involved turning the key on/off/on and some other gymnastics. If you get one of those, just send it back - they don't work. 5Worked perfectly for 19 year old Concept 100 alarmThe instructions on the back of the package worked perfectly and I was able to pair this remote to my 19 year old Concept 100 alarm. This is a lifesaver as I was previously down to one remote which had the keychain part broken and had to be carried separately from my keys. Now the old one can just go in the drawer as a backup. 5Isn't working properlyTo be honest. I am having a hard time getting the remote control for my truck to hook on to my alarms frequency. It won't cut my alarm off or on. Need to call and ask someone about it. The instructions alone are not helping. But have very little time to call anyone. 2Remotes work nicely - instructions included in reviewThis works perfectly with my Clifford alarm Matrix 2. Note - the instructions that came with the remote didn't apply to my alarm made in 2000. so I just looked up the programming instructions on my original alarm install manual on how to program remotes and it worked fine. I bought two of these remotes and both are working great! I wish they were a bit less money but I paid $29.95 which is less than the $40+ I've seen at DEI and clifford websites. For those of you who own the matrix 2 and are having problems finding your original alarm install guide here's the instructions I used on my new 4 button remoteMore instructions are located on page 19 through 21 of the Clifford Matrix 2 Installation guide found here http://www.directeddealers.com/manuals/ig/clifford/N909439.pdfNOTE: Make sure you take out any plastic film in the new remote and make sure a light flashes once when you press a button on your new remote to make sure the battery and remote are working properly.1. Open door and leave open2. Turn ignition on to red lights on your dash are lit up but don't start the car.3. Locate hidden bypass button (AKA Valet / Program button) (this is not a button on the remote rather it will be a round button located somewhere someone installed it in your car usually hidden under your dash or somewhere in case you lose your remote you can bypass the alarm with your secret number of presses.)4. On the hidden bypass button press it 8 times and on the 9th time hold the bypass button until your siren chirps 8 times.5. Keep holding the hidden bypass button and press and release the UNLOCK button on your new 4 button remote and it will chirp once.6. Immediately press and release the UNLOCK button again on your remote and it will chirp twice.7. After it chirps twice release your finger from holding the hidden bypass button.8. Turn off your ignition switch and remove your key, close your door and test out your alarm remote to see if it works to arm / disarm your alarm.More instructions are located on page 19 through 21 of the Clifford Matrix 2 Installation guide found here http://www.directeddealers.com/manuals/ig/clifford/N909439.pdfI hope this helps some people :) 5Three StarsNo directions came with it on how to program it 3Would not programNo matter what i tried i could not get it programmed to my car, i took the electronic board out of my other remote and put it in this. My other had worn keys and a busted case. But i made it work how it is. One of the very few items i have bought on amazon that did actually come with instructions. 2Very pleasersI thank you right on time befor the cold weather morning i so happy i dont have to wait to warm my car thanks again 5Great replacement transmitter! My original transmitter broke and I needed a replacement. This came really quick and is the OEM replacement. I just swapped out the insides of my old one for the insides of the new one so I wasn't able to "pair" this one with the alarm, but they did give detailed instructions if that's what you need to do. 5
